The end of the school year is rapidly approaching. While the students and teachers get ready to enjoy their summer break, the construction workers are preparing to start work on the new Elk Rapids High School Central Admin office space. Starting June 13th, demolition for the new central office will be taking place. Foundations and masonry work for the new gymnasium will also continue throughout the summer as well.
The new Central Admin office office will be newly furnished and include a renovated secure entrance, conference room, as well as a check-in/waiting area and a couple office spaces.

Above is the site for the new gymnasium addition. The crews are currently prepping to start footings and foundations early next week. Graham Construction will be the concrete crew onsite getting this building structure started. Elmer's Crane & Dozer has been hard at work the past few weeks getting all of the storm water systems and grading ready for the new building.
