Fall Construction Update at Elk Rapids High School

The new central office space is nearing completion with final coats of paint, mechanical equipment and new doors and hardware being installed.

The concrete for the new gymnasium has been poured and masonry walls will be taking shape in the next couple of months ahead of structural steel arriving in December.

Bay Masonry will be working on the short walls for the locker rooms and weight room areas along the existing building, and then finishing with the tall walls for the gymnasium.

Sunrise Academy will be wrapping up this month. The contractors are finishing up the final stages and making sure everything is perfect for the students to enjoy the new space.
